Product Manager - Pharma Intelligence

About the role

We're looking for a PM who understands pharma deeply and can translate complex domain needs into product that engineers can build and customers love. You'll own the product roadmap alongside the founders, work directly with customers, and shape what Metly becomes.

This is not a coordination role. It's a hands-on, high-ownership position for someone who wants to build.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and prioritise ruthlessly based on customer value and business impact
• Spend significant time with customers - understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals
• Write clear, detailed specs that give engineers the context to build the right thing
• Define and track success metrics for every feature you ship
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality product fast

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data product
• Deep familiarity with the pharma industry - BD&L, competitive intelligence, or regulatory experience strongly preferred
• Strong written communication and ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations
• Data-driven but with the judgement to act when data isn't available
• Pharma industry background is important - we're not looking for someone who needs to learn the domain from scratch
